Jaguar Announces Jaguar and Hot Wheels Ultimate Track Challenge

As if the reveal of the 2021 Jaguar F-TYPE, with its sporty performance and stylish appearance, was not exciting enough, Jaguar has also announced a collaboration with Hot Wheels.  Part of the Chicago Auto Show reveal was an amazing Hot Wheels track configuration that set the Guinness World Record for most loop-the-loops.   This exciting track was 69.5 feet long and featured seven amazing loops that were navigated without assistance by power boosters.

This collaboration also features the Jaguar & Hot Wheels Ultimate Track Challenge.  The goal of this challenge?  To build an ultimate Hot Wheels track…one that can set a Guinness World Record.  The Ultimate Track Challenge is an engineering scholarship contest that is open to university and college engineering programs in North America.  Programs are encouraged to partner with a Jaguar retailer to allow students to design and construct a complex Hot Wheels track within the designated parameters set by contest.  The students are aiming to set a record lap time when the challenge is initiated during the Jaguar F-TYPE launch events at retailers in April.  Contest organizers will choose the most challenging track with an excellent lap time and will award $50,000 to that institution’s scholarship fund.    If your college or university is interested in participating, contact your local Jaguar retailer for details.  Retailers will be provided with a set amount of track components that can be used .  The track will need to be built at the retailer location.  Contact Jaguar Colorado Springs today for more information in Southern Colorado!
